It would be helpful for some exercises or specific workouts for clients coming out of rehab. Workouts geared to modifications for knees, shoulders, back, fusions, scoliosis, etc. Also, workouts geared to clients that can't get on the ground. On the app and also in the builder
Thank you for the feedback! You are able to create custom exercises to meet the needs of your exercises. We are also working on the ability to tag and organize exercises, workouts and plans to streamline building.
