I'm fairly new to the organization, but not to training. Over the last few weeks, I've had to make several adjustments to the Base, Burn, Build workouts for one reason or another. Sometimes the workouts can be complicated. I believe in a good challenge, but not so that it is made complicated. Sometimes less is more. Also, for those clients who come in 4-6 days per week, there are a lot of repetitive motions. There isn't much for variety and the workouts don't provide enough muscle-specific training. For example, they are either full body or lower body centric. I fear overtraining. Honestly, I'm not real sure on a solution, but I feel there is an issue.

Lately I have felt the Build workouts have not been as good as they had been in the past. They used to be more focused on lifting a heavier weight but lately I feel there are more movements that belong in a Base or Burn workout. We've had clients in our Team sessions for 3 plus years and they are making comments to us about how Build feels more like a Base or Burn half the time. We've been doing our best to make adjustments where needed but I'm curious if anyone else is noticing this.
