Assign members to multiple coaches Merged

If a member takes team training from two different coaches only one is able to message them. Some clubs offer team training sessions as part of a 1-1 package and that could be a different trainer. Also, if a coach gets sick/quits and someone new steps in, they'll want to message those clients so they know it'll be someone else for that day.
