Incorporate other back exercises

Week 38 every group training workout has a bent over row and it is getting a little repetitive. Can we bring in some different back exercises to mix up the workouts a bit? I have clients who come to all the group classes so they are doing bent over rows every day this week.

    Yes! It is coming. We are a little bit limited with In Your Own Space workouts.
