Make the warm-up longer

I feel that the warm-ups for the SGT or 1:1 are oftentimes too short. I went through a warm-up from workout A week 37 and it only took me 2 minutes to complete. The mobility work is great. I would like to see more moves to increase heart rate after the mobility. I like warm-ups to be about 10 minutes to ensure the client is completely warm.

    Thank you. The goal to make the warm-up smarter and shorter to allow for a long workout. You may see short duration but a more deliberate warm up in the future. Great feedback.
