What a better way to create a tabata style than in the Anytime app builder. If there was a timer function that you can also type in the work and rest period.
Example: Client click the exercise (Pushups) it tells them what tabata is and can click a button to start, gives a countdown then they begin. They don't have to download any more apps. And can also make noise for when to start and stop.
