@Tina, I think what Meghann is saying is that we don't need notification badges for all the "Goal Completed!" messages we receive in the Chat tab. Right now it seems we have to click on the client's name and then click in the chat box in order to clear the notification badge; it would be nice to have the badge clear when we click on the client's name (take out the extra required click in the message box).
Meghann, can you please provide some more clarity on the desired feature? Can you describe the situation when you are experiencing this? Is this on the Coaching Dashboard or AF app?
