Do you have an idea to make the Coaching Dashboard or the Anytime Fitness app better?
If so, tell us about it!
Enable coaches to define unique parameters per set at the circuit level (e.g., Set 1: 35s/25s rest, Set 2: 30s/30s, etc.) and have those rules auto-apply to all exercises in the circuit—with optional per-exercise overrides. This eliminates repetitive editing, reduces input errors, and speeds programming.
Set customization exists only at the exercise level.
For a 10-exercise circuit with 4 sets, coaches must open and edit 40 individual set rows to vary time/rest or instructions.
High click volume increases the chance of mistakes (e.g., mismatched rest values on Carry in the screenshot).
Segment menu supports “Save/Delete segment” and exercise kebab supports “Customize Each Set,” but there is no circuit-level “Customize Each Set.”
A Circuit Set Designer that defines set-by-set rules once for the entire circuit:
Set 1 → Time 35s, Rest 25s
Set 2 → Time 30s, Rest 30s
Set 3 → Time 30s, Rest 30s
Set 4 → Time 25s, Rest 35s
These rules propagate to every exercise in the circuit by default.
Per-exercise override remains available (exercise → “Customize This Exercise’s Sets”) and visually flagged when deviating from circuit defaults.
Ability to save/load the set pattern as a reusable template (“Save this segment” → “Save Circuit Pattern”).
Time savings: Programming 10 exercises × 4 sets currently requires ~40 edits. Circuit-level design reduces this to ~4–6 edits total (define 4 sets once + optional tweaks).
Error reduction: Centralized rules cut mismatched set parameters; fewer clicks → fewer errors.
Consistency & scalability: Standardized patterns (“35/30/30/35 rest ladder”) can be reused across clubs, boosting brand consistency.

Additionally- Everything at the exercise level should be a no brainer for the circuit level. The current approach to duplicating a circuit is also not as seamless as it could be if the "Duplicate" button at the exercise level were also at the circuit level.
