We have the ability to add alternatives and progressions/regressions to exercises. It would be nice if we could have a way to put in alternative exercises and have them saved to a particular movement. This would make for faster programming if we were to be able to switch a movement very quickly after a mesocycle if we are keeping the same movement pattern but changing the movement without looking it up. Also members would always have options to choose from if equipment is taken. This may sound like something very small but when modifying lots of programs every week it an be helpful.
Hey Jason! This is how we intended "Segments". In the example here, let's say I always want to modify the Seated DB Cuban Press to have an alternative for Ez Curl. I would add that exercise to a circuit and save that exercise as a segment. Now when I go back to the program, I can find my saved segment for the movement I want. It also works for entire circuits and warm-ups, so once I save the segment, I can share it with clubs in my network and edit for future workouts.
