The team training and SGT workout descriptions are too wordy. I would suggest a bullet point format. For example instead of
"Exercises one, two, and three will be performed simultaneously for six rounds each. Similar to an "every minute on the minute (EMOM)" format, clients will have thirty seconds to complete three reps of an exercise and have the remainder of the time to rest. Six rounds total. Be sure to complete all rounds of an exercise before moving to the next one."
use bullet points
Exercises 1, 2, 3,-like an EMOM
perform simultaneously
6 rounds
30 sec for 3 reps-then 30 sec rest
complete 6 rounds of an exercise before moving to the next
This makes it less wordy and easier to read.
Love this! I had this same idea with the grid view changes happening but hadn't submitted yet. Could help with not hitting the 2500 character limit.
