Yes, I have used the AFT Builder to build workout plans for my clients, but it would be nice for the last weight a client did for that exercise to be auto populated for the next workout. This would help with progressive overload and keeping track with a client's progress. and another feature to be added a feedback for the workout sent to the coach i.e. PRS in that session.
