Add ability to manually Track Progression

current logic: Coach has to start a workout to track weight.

If I see a member on the floor and they hit a PR, I want to be able to track that in the CDB.


Can be useful for clubs doing Squatober, Day of Deadlift, 9/11 Tower Challenge, etc.
