Add "to failure" or "reps in reserve" option for repetition variable

When programming movements, we generally select a rep range dependent on the phase each client is in. Certain degrees of stimulation require contractions to or near muscular failure (0 to 1 reps in reserve). Certain goals or client phases require leaving more reps in reserve and not going to failure as well (example client the week before a competition doing a taper will want to leave 4-5 reps in reserve for each lift)
