Add "tempo" variable to assigned movements

When selecting variables like weight, reps, rest etc. I believe it's important to have the option of the tempo they should be performing. Examples: client in power phase equates to explosive tempo, client in stability phase equates to 3 second eccentric contraction and 1-3 second isometric holds.
