Workout Builder Improvements

1- Give the ability to move an added exercise to the progression/regression of a previously added movement. When programming, we could save a lot of time with this small tweak. If I add a Hang Clean Squat Press as a main movement then realize a Clean Press is a better Rx, I cant just drop down the Clean Press and add the Hang Clean Squat Press, I have to search again for the Hang Clean Squat Press to insert it then delete the previous Clean Press that was already in the workout.

2- Give the ability to move a progression to regression, vice versa. Same slow point occurs if I accidentally drop the regression into the progression box or decide when searching that I see a better progression. Allow movement of each piece.

    didnt realize I had already submitted this as an idea. I was programming last night and encountered the time loss again a few times so it prompted me to add an idea. Can't remove the added idea.
