Coaching Dashboard & Anytime Fitness App Ideas

Every training package we sell includes Small Group Training and Unlimited Team Training. It is very challenging that I cannot send message assigned to another coach as it might related to Team Training.

For example, we have a member that does her Small Group Training with our trainer. Because our member does her Small Group Training our trainer, the trainer is assigned as her coach so she can program her workouts and save them to the members name in the AF Coaching Dashboard.

However, this member does her Team Training with me during the week. If I wanted to send a message to my Team Training group using the AF Dashboard, I cannot include this particular member since I am not the assigned coach.

Essentially, I want every coach whether assigned to the member or not to be able to send messages to clients. While I understand messages could be sent using the email feature in the clubos calendar events, it doesn't create the same sense of community. By creating a group chat in the AF Dashboard everyone can reply to the chat which would be a lot of fun and build more excitement as a community.
