Being forced to assign workouts to specific days is absurd, my clients work out outside of our sessions whenever is convenient for them and also not something I'm able to keep track of for 10 people. Let me just send them workouts without them being assigned for Monday and Wednesday. It's stupid and ridiculous that I'm unable to send workouts on 2.0 otherwise. This is exactly why I've kept 90% of my clients on coaching dashboard 1.0.
Thank you for passionate idea. In Coaching Dashboard 2.0, you are able to assign a workout to a specific week. You can do this when assigning a single workout or when creating a plan. This would allow your client to complete the workout anytime during that week.
