It's a lot of extra busy work to put together workouts that are all the same sets / reps / rest (for example all the exercises are 3x10, 60 seconds rest).
On the workout creating screen, below the name and description of the workout and above the exercise list, there could be a workout-level default for the most common types of workouts that allowed you to specify a default instead of having them show up blank and having to add the information manually.
It wouldn't add any additional work for people creating workouts that include exercises with more sets / rep / rest variations and they should be optional so that if someone doesn't use them their page doesn't break they can continue to build it like they did before.
