In the old app you could easily see the previous weights used with a client while you were working out. As long as the exercise had been used with them before the weight would show up. It is A) Useful and time efficient to know exactly where you were the last time you did an exercise and it's listed right below B) its super motivating to clients to say wow, we started at 15 pounds a year ago and now your pressing 35's great job! I have one client who screen shots her previous workout so she can toggle back and forth and know how mch weight was used the previous workout. It's a real hassle and I would like to follow along on my phone to make notes etc.
