I came in here to ask for text notifications from the app on my phone as well. I know we get a quick bubble at the top and there's a number on the icon but there are tons of numbers as we get notifications everytime a client reaches a goal of coming to the gym that week. Can there be a sound with the text that comes in? I miss clients and as importantly clients miss our texts. If you don't actually see the banner/bubble at the top of the phone when it comes in, you have to go into the app to see. Clients probably different with the number on the icon as we're the only ones that would be from but as a trainer I really don't know if I got a text unless I open it. And even then (another issue I've spoken with someone in tech about) sometimes (often) the most current text conversation isn't at the top.
Jeremy - You should be getting a notification bubble on the clients name in the chat list when they text back, if you are not please submit a support ticket. If there is a different type of notification you are looking for please let us know!
