Do you have an idea to make the Coaching Dashboard or the Anytime Fitness app better?
If so, tell us about it!
Hi, Is it possible to adjust the outcome of the #FN function in group messaging so it produces a name like normally written? Example: Currently, typing "Hi #FN, how are you?" produces "Hi JASON, how are you?" instead of "Hi Jason, how are you?" It looks like I'm writing in a sarcastic, aggressive tone when the member's NAME IS IN ALL CAPS EVERY TIME.
Thank you for all of the follow up. The team will look into this!
Follow up: I went into Club Hub yesterday and edited three people's names so they are no longer in all caps. Today I checked Club Hub and confirmed their names remained that way. Next, I logged into the Dashboard and I saw their names are still in all caps on my client list, and the #FN shortcut produces their names in all caps in group messages as a result.
Sorry AF Ops, the system logged me in as Bambi Ferguson when I clicked on the email link to respond to your comment. That comment was from me, not Bambi. Don't know why it did that since she was already logged out of the dashboard and I had already logged in.
Yes it is. I can edit his and every other name on my client list that is in all caps, but that seems a little tedious. Can some rule or setting be created in Club Hub that prevents names from being entered in all caps when profiles are being created or that converts names to match standard name conventions (first letter capitalized in first and last name, remaining letters lower case) if name info is transferred to Club Hub from some other input form or platform? It would make a lot of sense to do that.
Hi Sergio. Is Jason in all caps in your client list? If yes, you can edit in Club Hub iOS and then when you use #FN it should pull the way the name is listed in the chat tab.
