My clients love doing Burn type workouts and I have them 4 days a week. I would love to have more options each week instead of just the one. Not that I mind making my own workouts but it would be nice to have more to choose from.
Kristy - Thank you for your idea submission. It is great that your client love the burn workouts however we do want our clients experiencing undulating periodization programming in order to help them move better over time. It is in our clients best interest to attend Base and Build sessions as well. If clients do attend more than one Burn workout encourage them to lift heavier, move faster, implement some balance challenges, etc.
