Do you have an idea to make the Coaching Dashboard or the Anytime Fitness app better?

We have been having a hard time figuring out what we should be doing based on the descriptions given especially with no video available.
For example next week includes: "Divide the group into 2 teams, or have one team and time them. Race back and forth or set a goal that they have to complete 3 rounds in ____ time."
We are not really sure what to do with that.
