In Week 21, semi-private workout C, we have a partner workout. I don't think this is the best idea you've had. It feels too much like a team workout. It is also very tough to implement when we have so much diversity in fitness levels within our semi-private training sessions. Please alter this workout! And also the reps are all messed in the workout.
