For week 15's Build Team Training class, there is a Spartan-esque kind of workout. This workout is going to take a lot of adjusting to fit our facility. I'm not sure if it is like this for other places. But I don't want to have to adjust the training concept here. I love the idea but it's going to have me and my trainers adjusting too much. Can you create an alternate workout for Build please?
