i think adding in a line about where exactly/approximately to place the shoulder blades/back during an elevated hip thrust would be very beneficial for trianers and memebrs alike. Also. an addition of how a hip thurst has a relatively small ROM (in order to protect the spine). I have seen multiple trainers and members give up on this exercise because, together, its hard to get the exercise to feel right.
