Rest time counter

When I create a workout I can add the REPS but not Rest time (would also be good to see this counting down). Therefore, if a client is following the workout there is no consistency in the resting time. Allowing them to over rest and falling into the wrong energy system for the recommended weights and sets range. If the rest time was added, it would be more accurate to calculate the total workout time. Also allows a coach to facilitate load increases based on the physiological outcome of the working set.

    Thank you. Adding in rest time and a timer is on the roadmap for this year.
