Let's get workouts further in advance

It is hard to plan for next week when workouts roll out on Thursday and you only have one week ahead of time. We used to have team meetings on the workouts ahead of time to plan for clients with special needs or advanced clients. It seems like since we switched from Alloy we are just getting by with getting the workouts out in time. Especially now since each trainer has to build them under their own profile to assign them to their clients. However, the new workouts are far superior to the old workouts. Clients and trainers all agree. We could use them sooner to plan better. In closing, I feel that any changes to anything that affects clubs at the ground level should not be implemented in the middle of January when everything is running at 1,000 miles an hour to change something like this and have it affect trainers and clients so drastically is a big disruption. I feel this was not thought through. We at the club level, don't even make changes January - March.

    Tina - any idea of when this is going to happen? We still only have one week out in advance. I feel like the "already exists" answer is not accurate when it clearly does not already exist.

    Thank you. We should be publishing the workouts two-weeks in advance. We will double check on the current process and be sure we do not have an issue.
