I feel like any changes that would affect a club at the day to day level and affect the membership base / trainers / staff / payroll would be best implemented not in January. We plan ahead to make sure everything is set January - March to ensure our busy season especially after a pandemic goes with as little friction as possible. When changes come that are out of our control and force us to scramble for solutions to is a disruption to everyone and it makes our programs, systems and brand seem disorganized. Just to be consistent.... In closing, I feel that any changes to anything that affects clubs at the ground level should not be implemented in the middle of January when everything is running at 1,000 miles an hour to change something like this and have it affect trainers and clients so drastically is a big disruption. I feel this was not thought through. We at the club level, don't even make changes January - March.
Thanks. We do try to pause on major product releases but enhancements on current products does sometimes happen.
