Week 3 2021 feedback...
A: says pull workout for strength, but actually pull hypertrophy and lower body strength. Finisher: KB swing and swimming superman is odd pairing - will overload peoples' low back.
B: 1st super set, 1A progression - no one will do behind neck push press with barbell. Seems odd when we see really advanced progressions for some movements in the programming, but often times no regressions or regressions that don't make sense based on the Rx'd exercise. 2nd and 3rd supersets have unilateral movements that don't specific each vs total for the sets. 3rd super set 1B: regression says barbell but video shows sandbag.
C: Warm up - too short, doesn't prep adequately for workout: no scap or core activation, no CNS prep; 1st circuit 1A - should say "5" for sets.
