Hi, I have been coaching these classes for over two years, and I absolutely LOVE them! However, the new format is only slightly better, but some parts worse than before. I like how the moves all show pictures, but the moves have been renamed from what we have been using, per the old "key" and that's hard for the coaches and clients. I understand that it's hard to create a lot of workouts when working in your own space, but the ones during quarantine, and before switching over formats, were great! I have clients moving to another gym because of the repetitive workouts/exercises. It seems like this week we had a lot of new moves in the burn workout-which was awesome, but all the others have been way too many squats and bent over rows. I haven't even seen a 2pt row in weeks, and that would at least be a change to the bent over rows. I would hate to have to switch the workouts we are doing because I these workouts made me fall in love with working out again and now being a part of the coaching staff here at AF.
