Week 46 SGT A

Uni Bench Squat (why is this not just called a single leg squat to box?) regression being pistol squat seems strange. Also video shows with TRX, grid printout says bodyweight, which is obviously not a regression. We have several level 1 clients who would just need to do a loaded squat for this as a regression.
