Remove Notification bubble after message is opened

I have 286 unread messages in my inbox right now from clients because after I open them, if I don't reply, the notification bubble doesn't go away. And because I get a notification every time a member simply checks in at the gym, I constantly have unread messages to open that I have no response for. Some clients appear to have nearly 40 unread messages and no matter how many times I open it, the notification never leaves. Please remove the notification bubble after a message is viewed.

    Thank you! This is a bug so I have move this from an idea to a support issue. The development team is looking into this issue. Are you finding this on AFA and Coach Dashboard?
