Coaching Dashboard & Anytime Fitness App Ideas

Import multiple scheduled messages at once

When running something like a 6 week challenge or even simply onboarding a new training client, instead of taking the time scheduling each individual message, if we were able to import a schedule with say 20-30 messages, this would save coaches a lot of time.


A similar setup to what we already have in ClubOS could be the solution. For instance Day 1 we welcome them, Day 3 we introduce nutrition, Day 5 expand on nutrition, etc.


The idea would be that we have "Messaging templates", similar to that on the coaching dashboard for the 6-week challenge, that we could just drag and drop on certain clients and they would get the messaging starting a specific day for day 1 and the rest would follow. Rather than copy a message, schedule a certain day and time, and repeat that process 20+ times.


This would benefit clubs that run challenges independently rather than one large event. When doing that you're unable to utilize the group feature since some challengers would be on week 5 and others are just starting week 1 for example.
