right now the warm ups for BASE BUILD & BURN are not within the workout. they are separate in itself. Everytime we copy them to "My Workouts" they come incomplete. When we send them to our clients we have to send them separately. this doesn't work in the new App. with 1.0 it used to work. but with 2.0 this can't work.
especially when clients assign how many days they are willing to train. if they say 3x a week
the warm up would count as one.
Ivy - This is a good idea! Currently work is being done to override the workouts per week rule when coaches send a work out which will solve for this.
