It would be nice if the Af Dashboard allowed a spot online for exercise reps and weight tracking as you are going through the workout instead of having to print them out or rewrite them on paper to track. weekly. Yes, you can set them when the workout is all made out. It will just be a lot of names and different workouts every week, especially if there is more than 1 person in the session. The Af workouts feel so scattered and not everyone likes the endurance workouts or comes consistently 3x a week on the same days.
